Project Management
Yes…. We have the facilities to start your project from conception, whether it’s sketches of your ideas or complete Architectural Services made ready for Planning Permission and Building Regulations. Working to an agreed schedule and budget, we will then Project Manage all aspects of the work right through to the successful completion.

Demolition
Yes.... Sometimes you need to break it down in order to build it up! So, of course we can cover all your demolition requirements and clear the site ready for the next stage….

Groundworks
Yes…. We have all the labour and machinery ready to undertake the initial bulk earthwork, site enabling works, foundations, drainage, essential services and all landscaping works. Then you’re ready for….

Construction
Yes.... From traditional to contemporary, from older style to ultra-modern style, we will construct to the very highest standards using Stone, Brick, Block, Timber, Steel or Glass…. or maybe you have something else in mind? Rest assured there isn’t a building material that we can’t use to construct.

Masonry
Yes.... The ability to build with speed and precision to a very high standard in any type of Stone, Brick or Block is, in our opinion, a very under-rated skill. We are qualified and experienced experts in the art of masonry and we take pride in producing a stunning end result.

Carpentry
Yes.... And it’s not just knocking together a few bits of wood! A Carpenter constructs or repairs the wooden parts of a building. A Joiner crafts and makes the wooden components of a building, and a Cabinetmaker is a skilled Joiner who specialises in making excellent quality wooden furniture or objects with a high degree of precision. Whatever your needs, we can supply the appropriate skill.

Roofing
Yes…. On an extension or new build it’s a very satisfying stage to get the house dry! We are skilled and well practiced in all traditional and modern roofing styles and techniques. We work with concrete or clay tiles, all slates from around the world, and flat roofing in all materials including modern plastics and fiberglass.

Plastering and Rendering
Yes…. They make it look so easy.... but it’s not! This is a true skill that provides the ‘Finishing Touch’ to so many other skilled trades, but most importantly it’s your finished surface ready to paint, so it’s got to be right. We can achieve any finish and any texture inside and out. We also have the expertise in special materials for older buildings to provide proper and lasting plastered and rendered surfaces to any type of stone and cob building.

Yes…. We build outside living space as a separate job or, of course, as the finishing touch to your major project. Surfacing in all materials, walling in all materials and landscaping that will really compliment your patio area and be the perfect finishing touch to your home.
