Alterations to layout - St Agnes

Complete rip out, re-skim, and alterations to the house layout, which resulted in splitting the property into two separate dwellings. New services were installed in both properties, and two new single story porches. Other alterations to the exterior of the property included slabbing, dry stonewalling, new roof and tarmac driveway.
