Brookmead Cottage

90% demolition, keeping the original 1820’s cottage. Constructing around the original dwelling, a floor area of 140 m² ground floor, 100 m² first floor. The Extension was constructed out of block and recycled stone from the existing property, wood floor joists, and truss roofs. This build also incorporated detailed masonry work, dry stonewalling, and landscaping.
